We use 100% Ra-mugi flour for our noodles.
「ラー麦」の開発には、地元福岡への感謝と恩返しとして、一蘭も全面的に協力しました。
一蘭の森は福岡県の糸島というとても自然豊かな環境にあります。その糸島を代表する可也山の麓には小麦畑が一面に広がります。可也山から吹き下ろす風は小麦を丈夫にし、海と山に囲まれた糸島の肥沃な大地は小麦に豊富な栄養をもたらします。
そんなラー麦の栄養素を最大限に活かすため、一蘭では全粒粉を使用しております。
We want to retain as much of the Ra-mugi's nutrients as possible, so we developed techniques to make our noodles in house. We hope you will enjoy a rare taste of the mellow Ra-mugi wheat flavor in our smooth and chewy Ra-mugi noodles.
