At some of our restaurants, we offer a priority seating service for customers who specify a time in advance and pay by credit card.If you come to the restaurant at your specified time, we will serve you as soon as seating becomes available.

●If bringing extra guests, we will try to seat your party together at the same time but not guaranteed.
●It is not possible to reserve seating only.
●When you make a reservation for multiple people, we will do our best to seat you all together, but in some cases, we may have to seat you separately.
●If all time slots are fully booked, we may stop accepting reservations even before the end of the reservation period.
●When changing reservations, please cancel your previous reservation and place a new reservation online.
●We do not accept e-mail or phone requests for cancellations or changes.
●We do not accept cancellations or changes on your reservation day of your reservation date.
●If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of the reserved time, a cancellation charge will be incurred in accordance with our cancellation policy (below).
Day of your reservations
●Please show your email reservation confirmation or your reservation confirmation screen on your phone to one of our staffs.
●If you arrive later than 30 minutes after your reserved time, you will not be given priority seating.
●If your chosen product is unavailable, you may be served another product.
