If you wish to film video for social media, please be sure to speak with an employee when you arrive at the restaurant.
Respect for our customer's dining experience and privacy is of utmost importance to us, so please refrain from filming without permission.

Please note that "live streaming" is prohibited regardless of the content.

What to Do: From your visit to video release:


  1. Please ask an employee and let us know the nature of your filming
    ※Your compliance with the following guidelines will be confirmed
  2. An employee will provide a QR code.
  3. The QR code will take you to a submission form. Please fill in the required information.
    <Please provide the following information on the form>
    • Theme of the video and the content you would like to shoot.
      ※Please prepare the following information ahead of time to speed up the process.
    • Your channel/account name
    • Your name (or name of representative)
    • Phone number
    • Email
    • Restaurant location to be filmed
  4. Show the confirmation screen or auto-reply email to the employee when you have completed the form.
     After that, we will guide you to your seat.
    ※After submitting the form, an auto-reply email confirmation will be sent to you. Forms and auto-reply emails are in Japanese only. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use your translation tool.
    ※If you have an anti-spam filter, please allow "pr.jp@ichiran.com" in your domain settings. The email may be filtered out otherwise.
  5. You are free to film at your seat♪

~After Your Shoot~

  1. When the filming and editing is complete, please let us know!
    ※Details on how to contact us will be included in the auto-reply email.
  2. We will confirm that the video complies with the following guidelines:
    ※We may refuse to allow filming depending on the content of the video or the situation of the restaurant.
    ※Depending on the contents of the video, we may ask you to edit parts of the video or refrain from publishing the video altogether.

<Please refrain from the following behaviors>

  • Please keep the volume of group conversations in the restaurant to a minimum.
  • Please be considerate and give up your seat to the next customer as soon as you finish your meal.

<Prohibited Actions>

  • Speaking in loud volumes. Please do not disturb other customers.
  • Conversing with a companion while not seated.
  • Eating in excess
    ※Eating in such a way as to cause physical discomfort
  • Consuming outside food or drink
    ※Example: bringing your own condiments to apply to the food, etc.
  • Messy eating habits such as deliberately throwing food or dirtying the space
  • Disruptive behavior including filming other customers, shouting, or taking up too much space
  • Photographing or filming the kitchen or employee areas
  • Photographing or filming employees&#39; faces, name tags, or any other personal information
  • Obscene language or behavior (removing clothing, etc.)
    ※Appearing in underwear is also prohibited.
  • Any comments or actions that may damage the image of the restaurant’s operations or merchandise
  • Live streaming or live broadcasting
    ※Regardless of content
